However, similar studies in Europe and the United have not yielded the same promising results. It would appear for now, that the jury is still out one the purported health benefits of green tea.

What is the best way to experience the benefits of Green Tea?

If you are a true believer in the health benefits of green tea or just enjoy its taste, there are different ways to enjoy it and hopefully its benefits as well. For better results, always buy loose tea instead of pre-bagged tea. Loose tea is both fresher and more potent. For even more concentrated dosages, green tea extract is now available in capsule form.
